Hello to all!
Any chance to identify this? Size approx. 10-12mm.
11.7.2010, Austria, Salzburg, Tennengebirge, Mt. Scheiblingkogel, 2289m asl.

Do you have any lateral shots? The top photo appears to show
Peleteria-bristles but I'm not sure if it is a trick of the angle.

Hi Chris!
No, I was glad to get these dorsal ones, because the fly was very active and I was already too finished to continue running after it (finished from the mountain tour of course, not from running after this fly :D )

There is another simply feature: ocellars are lacking, thus Peleteria.
This should be the classic hilltopper P. prompta. Strictly speaking, we can see it from the pic, but the circumstances make it pretty sure.
