i have search the web and find a few similar flies:

unknown fly http://www.galeri...-45050.htm
or Thelaira nigripes http://www.galeri...ripes.html

Don't know which genus and species, but it isn't Macquartia. Wing venation is not correct for that genus.

Looks like a rhinophorid to me but I might be wrong - there are some Wagneriini that look similar :)
