Hello,
this fly was in a waste land in my garden with young hazel tree.
I think it could be a Sciomyzidae probably
Limnia unguicornis

Montivilliers 76290 France, 7/07/2010
Length, approx 8mm
Is it right?

Well proposed Lena, this surely is a
L. unguicornis female, since it has a wide yellow central stripe of mesonotum bordered by a narrow brown line.

Yes and white little lash (?) on the arista (not really visible on this dimension of picture) too I think.
Is it right?
Thank's
