Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Chrysopilus ?

Hello,
I shot this picture in my garden in Montivilliers 76290 France (Normandie), on Monday 5/07/10. This little fly (approx. 5 to 7 mm) was on a leaf under a hasel tree.

Length approx 7 mm.

I think it could be a rhagionidae, perhaps genus Chrysopilus.
Do you think I'm right ? Can you help me to find the species (if possible with these images....)

Yes, I agree. Chrysopilus sp. (Rhagionidae), female.
