Thread subject: Diptera.info :: tachinid No 2?

5th of July, 2010, East Bohemia, CZ
concerning the habitus this fly is very similar to the foregoing one, the wings are, however, fumous and their apex is white. The fly was resting on Centaurea jacea. The body length
is 5mm. Thank for ID.

Yes, I agree - looks very like Catharosia - the shading on the wings is a bit variable so the first one might be the same :)
