Came to UV light on June 18, 2010, in Houston, Texas. Length about 4 mm to wingtips

Very possibly,
Euxesta atlantica Ahlmark in : Steyskal & Ahlmark, 1995, but a male hardly can be IDd with certainty. If you have pinned females, try the original key:
