seems Muscidae - i see calypters.

When i look at the reduced/small abdomen, i would say...Pegomya testacea.
But on this photo we can't see any clear chaetotaxy, so very difficult to be sure of anything..;)

Thanks Joke. Photo was not possible to do better because was on shady forest and with low light my camera is unable to get sharp pics. I have other two photos, but more blurry. I will put as "supposed" Pegomyia testacea, thanks!
