Hi,
can anyone suggest a species this Rhagionidae?
I take the photo on 29 June 2010 Vaasa Finland.

There appears to be some shading on the cross veins at the tip of the discal cell might lead us to think it is
vitripennis. However, that species should not have a bicolorous stigma. So I guess it must be
maculatus.
