Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Dryomyzid ?

From woodland path by river. 14mm long.
My first thought was that this was a tetanocera sp. but I found Paul's comments on another thread & realised that it has no strong ad setae on the hind femur, so I wondered if it was Neuroctena anilis ?
