Cylindromyia but it looks a little unusual to me ... I would prefer a specimen (or 10!) but I am going to guess
C.rufifrons (lacking pv bristle on hind tibia & very short vibrissa) and then add that we need Theo Zeegers to double-check my ID ;)

I don't think it is possible to tell the length of vibrissa from this angle and the antenna is too short for rufifrons I think, so either more angles or ....

I think the other 2 photos (in the links) showed the vibrissae pretty well :)
