Can anyone identify this fly; Muscidae I think, maybe Helina sp. Seems similar (to me...!) to a Helina impuncta shot I took last year, but is the mark on the head too red, rather than black, so maybe it's something else altogether?

OK, many thanks again. Am still taking Anthmomyiidae for Muscidae as I'm not sure of the obvious differences... Male Anthomyiidae often seem to have very narrow abdomens, but not the females. I read that i ned to check if the M vain is straight and the anal vein long, so need to get clear views of those I guess.
