This tachinid is about 10 mm, in forest, similar to the other specimen postes as Tachinidae, NE HU, 06.2010 (1).

I think I see the costa-bristle. There are ones on the scutellum, so... Better show it:

Phyllomya now :)
Phyllomya volvulus is the normal species in Central & Northern Europe but you might have other species down there that I am unaware of :) That said, FaunaEuropaea only shows
Phyllomya procera as an alternative for Europe and it isn't listed as being in Hungary ... but I suspect that the region is just under-collected :)
Just catch any tachinid you can and send them off to me or Theo and we'll increase the Hungarian species list nicely ;)
