My first impression of this was that it was an anthomyiid but vein 6 doesn't reach the wing margin & is the same length as vein 7, and there are no crossed bristles on the frons ( not even when looked at with x40) so I think it must be a muscid. I would be interested to knoqw if this is correct.

Should be
Thricops nigrifrons/
longipes : there must be some smal setulae behind the hind coxa (on inner ridge). Then arista should be plumose...

I've compared all the features in Gregor and it comes out as T.nigrifrons.
