Thanks a lot Black, you must be right. I found photos of Stilobezzia on the net that look similar to this one, can it be this genus?

Probably Stilobezzia. Wings and claws are consistent and no other genus of Ceratopogonidae contains species that normally perch with wings spread. I don't know how to identify European species.
