Norway, 08.06.10, quite small, like the Phaonia amabilis.
Phaonia?
"Now he thinks everything is Phaonia!" :D

Fantastic ! It is still in the
amabilis/
mystica/
villana group, characterized by : mostly yellow legs, 3 post dc and nothing else particular (i.e. pra present, no strong prst acr, crossviens not infuscated etc.). This one has flagellomere entirely dark and scutum with four distinct stripes : so either
P. villana (=
mystica auct.) or
P. mystica (=
vittifera). Notopleuron is again wanted ! Wings intensively yellow basally and a dark patch on dorsal surface of 1st femur would speak for
P. villana. Thus notopleuron with small setulae near posterior strong bristle is expected...

Not as conspicuous as I expected, but these hairs are very difficult to see. Would be worth being caught too...

But you still think it is P. villana?
Will try to collect next time I find something like this.
