Hello together,
i take the picture of these fly in 6 June 2010 Kokkola / Finland.
It is about 8 mm long. I search the name.

Looks like Ulidiidae; Herina sp., Valery might know which one, if it is..:)

I agree with Ulidiidae, but would call it Seioptera vibrans. :)

Yes..I should have looked at Page 2 in the Ulidiidae in the Gallery...:D
