Hi, i found this fly, a Sciomyzidae i think?, close to water outside Oslo, Norway a few days ago. Can it be ID'ed? Unfortunately i dont have a side view.

It seems there pores of broken pd on f3. Also orb setae placed in very posterior position -
I'd say T. cf arrogans
