Hello!
Normally
Phasia hemiptera has orange hairs at the thorax sides, this female has ivory coloured. Nevertheless
P. hemiptera? About 7-8 mm, on
Viburnum opulus at a hedge, northwest Germany.

It's a female
Phasia but I'm not sure which species it might be :)

Thanks, Chris! The only
Phasias I know from here in this size category are
P. hemiptera and
aurigera. The latter I would exclude, but it also did not look typical for the first.
