Hi,
can anyone suggest a species this Tephritidae?
I take the photo on 2.6.2010 Vaasa Finland.

I think it's Tephritis conura (female)

Dear Pentti,

From the wing pattern alone, it could belong to T. conura or a few other species. From the locality, it is highly probably T. conura. Take a look at a better resolution photo: in T. conura the posterior notopleural setae marked with red arrows are brown to black (at least on one side), in most others they are white to yellow.
