Phasia ;) It is a male
Gymnosoma ... very hard to identify from photos (needs genitalia, dusting on the thorax & face etc.) - you will have quite a few species there. It needs lots of specimens taken throughout the year and from all collecting regions to sample all the species in your area - they all look the same so just catch lots! ;)
