Still looks like Peribaea to me but I can't see the bristles clearly enough to prove it - maybe Theo will be able to confirm it :) It is certainly Siphoniini - hairy r1, r4+5 and cu veins plus converging sub-apical bristles. Could still be an Actia I guess but.... not sure :)
