I think its a Tephritidae ?
Can someone tell which little fly this can be.

You were mistaken not only in the genus, but even in the family ;). (Which in this case happens easily, don't worry.)

I know the species as Trypetoptera punctulata!
Is Tephritomyia a new one for this speciesor are you using an old name?

sorry that was a typo, indeed,
Trypetoptera punctulata. Mea culpa!
Tephritomyia is merely a mediterranean tephritid genus
