I just keep trying to identify Tephritidae from photos :).
Euleia heraclei is my guess this time.

Thank you Jan, if this specimen is realy Euleia heraclei, maybe is a new species from Romania (in Fauna Europaea is absent for Romania ).

The trapezoid point of the abdomen you see in your specimen is the oviscapt. The tip of the abdomen of the male looks different.

I will do sorting first, then identification, perhaps with a few exceptions, but sorted three dates only, do far. ;) There are some more tephritids, though.
