Hi,
can anyone suggest a species this fly?
I take the photo on 28.5.2010 Kokkola Finland.

Looks like Scathophaga sp. Maybe Stephane can go further.

I'm not the
Scathophaga expert, but
S. furcata is my guess : arista almost bare, crosveins infuscated, fore femur with a dark streak on dorsal surface.

I second the
S. furcata guess. This species is very common in Finland (together with
S. suills and
S. stercoraria)
