I am not having any success keying this one out. It has a distinctly yellow-orange scutellum. Size 9mm. Taken from the woodland edge of a sand quarry 21 May.

I did key it to Zenillia, but I don't think that's right?

Zenillia doesn't have reddish femora.
Should be Phryno vetula.
(apical scutellar bristles missing or weak)

Many thanks Theo. Yes the red femora was why I doubted Zenillia. I'll try Phryno - new one to me.
