Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Small unknown fly->Oscinella frit group

This fly I found this week in reed vegetation in the Netherlands. Can someone tell me the family name? I thought it could possibly be a Sphaeroceridae. The pictures are bad, because the fly was less than 2 mm large.

Could this also be Oscinella frit itself or should that species have more yellow tarsi?
