Dithryca guttularis Meigen, 1830, a gall-former on rhizome of Achillea.
According to my database (Merz & Korneyev, 2004-2009, FaunaEuropaea), it has not been recorded from Romania yet.
Have you collected the specimen?
I'd suggest publication of a very short note on the first record, for I could have base to update FE.

Hi, I am very happy about this, and yes, I have this specimen!
This year I started collecting some flies from Romania for Paul, and please talk with him to send you this specimen.I also collected 2 or 3 specimen of this species :

I will send all the flies to Paul most likely at the end of autumn (when flies begin to disappear)

In all I have (so far) seen 2 males and 2 females of four different dates in May, now all deposited in the Maastricht Natural History Museum (NHMM).
