A small (3 mm) fly from the meadow this week (northwest Germany). Fanniidae?

Hello!

I know, not the best pictures... But is at least the family possible?

Stab in the dark Juergen...looks like Agromyzidae...Milos will probably tear me up for arse paper at the very suggestion :D...and if I'm to be torn up for arse paper anyway, I'll go with Phytobia sp.....well it looks similar to one I had last year.

If I'm wrong I can always blame your piictures.....my get out clause.

Regards Roger....softer than your normal bog-roll ;)

Thanks! I should more often follow my first intuition... I thought of Agromyzidae, but in the past most of them turned out to be some small Fannias or Anthomyiids... (today again thousands of them in the low vegetation, even at only 9-10 °C - and surpringly many Syrphids; still have to take a look at the photos).
