NO, it is a Miltogramminae (Sarcophagidae).
Should be easy for Liekele (at generic level)
Apodacra ?

Very interesting! The Miltogramminae I know have a rather different "face", but Theo's knowledge tops my experience by far, so no doubt. You'll have to change the title of the thread once more to attract Liekele!

Miltogramminae and Apodacra is not correct.

This is very likely Sarcophaga (Notoecus) longestylata.
Compare it with another observation from Portugal:

For a definite identification examination of specimens or pictures fromt different angles are necessary.
