Phaonia to my inexpert eye; if so I can't seem to key it out. Help please.

Allso if you check the one in galery here on diptera it looks the same as yours.

thanks for trying but it's not
subventa, I know that one - photographed a few recently - amongst other things
subventa has presutural acrostichals.

Not
Phaonia (no pd seta on distal third of hind tibia). I think it is
Mydaea urbana (not certified at all, just by appearance).
