Hello!

This is a rather small fly (~5-7mm) unknown for me. I have spotted it amongst dense and shady patches of vegetation - mainly Urtica, Sambucus ebulus, Symphytum officinale etc.- in Bakony Hills Hungary. Perhaps a freshly emerged specimen. Unfortunately this is the only picture well worth seeing. Thanks in advance for any idea.
