Can anyone help identify this small dark Muscid (I think....)

Too slim to be a muscid - Anthomyiidae is the family. Could this be a [i]Delia[/i, at least it has long ventral abdominal bristlles?

Many thanks for the expert feedback; so it is superfamily Muscoidea which includes Anthomyiidae and Muscidae, but of the family Fanniidae which is new to me. I did notice the slim body and tuft of bristles under the abdomen which matches photos I've now found well.
