Palpen are enlarged at the end and mentum of proboscis seems black shining.......
Could you also check if scutellum is haired beneath and if mentum is whole black shining or with some withish dust on it and of costa is haired beneath.....and a photo of the occiput (back of the head)...if possible

Scutellum is bare beneath, mentum is shining black, costa is bare beneath and photo is here:

Was a little confused by this one....but it turn out to be a Egle brevicornis :D
4 dc on thorax, midtibia with ad seta, crossvein straight...
