Hello, this picture was taken by Ramón Fernández in Valčncia (Spain, Mediterranean coast) among Pinus halepensis and orange trees, on april the 14th; Lindner keys are difficult for me, any help is welcome
(used with his authorization)

Need to check but I think I see a proboscis pointing. Might be
Dryodromia...

One of the genera that is easily missed... Sorry, have not been in the office today so did not check yet.

Dryodromia is entirely yellow, at least single European species (see Diptera Gallery). It is difficult to say about the genus after these pics. Two versions are possible: or some Clinocerinae (long proboscis may indicate Roederiodes, or Pseudoheleodromia)
