Looks Lasiomma sp. to me
Is it possible to make a crop of the eyes, on the last photo they seems haired.

Hmmm....it confuse me even more :D
Arista seems haired and tibia are to yellowish for a Lasiomma.
When arista is longer haired ...and if i see it right, with 2 pv on hindtibia...Hylemya could fit better
Shame the photos are not sharper.
