This fly was about 3,5-4 mm. Which family and perhaps genus is it?

Thanks for your help in advance

Kurt

I have just replied to Jari in Finland about a similar specimen - early in the season I suspect that this may be Earomyia lonchaeiodes I dont know if you still have the specimen or higher resolution photos but the things to look for are a bare lunule (between bases of antennae) and wide genae (the distance between bottom of the eye and the bottom of the head) ........ Your suggestion is one of only two species in Sweden.

This pictures are very near full sise and have only one picture more which I dont think will show more details.

Thanks for your efforts one again.
