Thanks...but I'm pretty sure I saw a precoxal bridge....could it still be a Hybotidae?

Ok, Hybotidae,
Platypalpus it is! :)
My lack of experience forces me follow the key a bit finicky. I'm using "The European families of the Diptera" and there shouldn't the Hybotidaes have a precoxal bridge which a think this one has....but I guess I have misstaken this character....
Thanks for helping!
