Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Milichiidae?

Anyone recognize the family?
It's caught in july in the middle part of Sweden.
Size: 3,5-4mm. It has 4 F-bristles and the 2 lowest pointing inwards, Costa with both humeral and subcostal break. Note that the third antennal segment are on a shaft.
