Hello to you all.
I'm new at Diptera.info and also new at the curiosity about diptera, although I think I'm here to stay :)
I found this flies today and I have no idea about their ID. Its a fabulous fly! A real beauty!
I would appreciate any help you can give me on the ID.
The photos where taken today in the center of Portugal.

Welcome. Bem-vindo.
Only one thread per species!!
First is Empididae - Empis sp. Paul Beuk will tell you more.
Second is Scathophagidae - Scathopaga stercoraria (very common)
