Hi,

as radial node is bare, prosternum bare, fronto orbital plates not separated with a broad frontal vitta, scutellum dark, prealar seta long, presutural ac absent, posterior setae on mid tibiae in two rows, legs at least partly yellow; we have two choices. Very very common angelicae and jaroschewskii. Is the distance between eye margins is broad enough and are the long ad setae and long hair-like pv setae on hind tibiae long enough ? This would be a better species again if it's correct. June 24. 2008 Loviisa, Finland.

Jari

Stop make me dreaming with your interesting muscid. I think you're completely right (and your photos are quite helpful for identification).
