Anthomyia liturata / confusanea
Not good visible if midtibia has 1 ad or 2 ad ... (lower midtibia on photo seems to have 2 ad and upper one only 1ad)
But hindtibia seems yellowish ..(should fit to A.confusanea)
Maybe Ackland can give more info!
