Small yellow fly no more than 2 mm.
Different specimens concentrated around ivy leaves.
Can identify the species?

Parco Agricolo Sud Milano, Cornaredo (Milan - Italy)

Chloropidae. maybe Chlorops or Thaumatomyia sp.
