I would say Botanophila fugax
Do you have a view from hind tibia + femur and katepisternal...?

Not fugax-the prst acr are too long and strong.
Excellent photos though, pity they are not of the useful parts such as leg bristles, katepisternal bristles etc.

Thanks. It was not possible to take more photos in the katepisternal part due the concret. These flies are extremely nervous! I will try to get some specimens and then photograph them pinned.
But is it possible to tell the possible species for this Botanophila considering the chaetotaxy visible?
Thanks once again to both.

As promised I caught one specimen of Botanophila... I think!
Hope this time we can have the species name! Hope that the species fly is the same as the former photos.
Here the first photo.

It looks like Delia hirticrura Rondani, judging by the hind tibia. It's certainly a Delia. The only doubt I have is that the hind tibia has rather more ad setae than the four males in my possession, which come from Greece. Whether there are any other species of Mediterranean Delia's with these very bristly hind tibiae I don't know.
