Thread subject: Diptera.info :: Milichiidae?

Hello!
I found this little fly (3 mm) at an edge of the field on Tussilago farfara on March 18th, 2010 (Southwest Germany). Can someone help at the determination? I suspect Milichiidae.

Chloropidae is much more likely.

The two first pictures show the Ephydridae
