Family Pyrgotidae. Adults fly at night, were they look for their hosts. larvae are internal parasitoids of adult Scarabaeid beetles!
In your region there are about 10 genera with 22 species.

Genus Eupyrgota, very probably E. luteola Coquillett, 1899; Chinese species are a problem, and my revision is still in progress (or half pending, should I say).

Two papers were published, apart from my Key to Far East Russian Pyrgotids (2004), by Han & Kim (2008 or i do not remember). Recently, a colourful atlas of Korean species was published by them, too.
