Yes,
Limnophora, maybe
L. maculosa, but a dorsal view would be usefull.

Let's go with
Limnophora maculosa : the typical pattern on scutum and scutellum is here, 2 orbital setae, 3 strong postst dc with a shorter between 1st and 2nd and mid tibia seems to have 2 posterior setae.
