I can't see any hairs on the arista... can you see hairs on the eye?

I think we have just ruled out the easy things. I was thinking of Lasiomma. Joke will have some ideas :)

Some hairs between notopleural setae and typical chaetotaxy on hindtibia, frontal vitta about 1xflag broad, midfemur long haired in middle.....
Delia radicum ..could be !

I don't like to make a wrong identification, (always tricky with Antho..) but i think we could say here ......Delia radicum it is

It is Delia radicum L. male because of the longer setae on the hind femur ventrally-getting shorter towards the middle of femur.
