Yes, Ulidiidae, around
Ulidia or
Euxesta pechumani, don't really know how to diffreenciate the two genera. Valery will certainly do.
The strange abdominal shape is the female ovipositor.

Yes, Euxesta pechumani. It is interesting that this species was discovered in Italy some 25 years before it was described from the New York City... But - no doubt - it has Nearctic origin.
