perhaps Tephritis?
Is it possible to say more?

Tephritis al right. Not sure about the species though, looks somewhat like T.dudichi, however the apical fork in the wing has it's apical bars widening towards the wingtip...will look into it.

If the filenames are the same as in that link: there are spaces in them (not allowed here).

Horst:
The fly on the pictures (I suppose it is the same one) is
Tephritis crepidis Hendel or
conyzifoliae Merz. Both must occur in your area. However, differences between them are genitalic, and I cannot tell which one is this.
