These Psychodidae were reared from newly cut stump of a tree from fermenting sap. Russia, Siberia, Tuva.
I suspect something close to Psychoda.

Psychoda definitely: a sharper photo of the genitalia and I can tell you more.

I have looked at Psychodidae revisions in Internet and realized that my photoes are too small to identify Psychoda to species. I'll try to add these photos, if no - then this species will be determined to genus only.

I am very puzzled by this: it could be boring old P. albipennis, but is not quite right. What bothers me the most is the medium you reared them from: no Psychoda has ever been reared from sap runs. I think I will need to look at a specimen if possible for a positive ID.
